These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Memilove digital QR guestbook platform.
1. General Provisions
Services are provided by Panevio, MB (company code 307646980, Islandijos pl. 69-60, Kaunas, Lithuania). By ordering services, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Service Description & Pricing
Memilove provides a digital audio & photo guestbook: generates a unique QR code, print-ready A4 PDF poster, and grants 60 days of access to the celebration portal. Base price is 29.00 € for up to 24 hours. Each additional day or part of a day is 5.80 €.
3. Storage & Privacy
Audio recordings and photos are stored for 60 days following the conclusion of the event, after which they are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
4. Refunds & Cancellation
As digital content (QR code, poster) is made immediately available upon payment, cancellation after fulfillment has begun is not permitted except as required by applicable statutory consumer law.
